Otitis Externa
 
FLOXIN Otic (ofloxacin otic) solution 0.3% and FLOXIN Otic SINGLES (ofloxacin otic) solution 0.3% are indicated for the treatment of OE in adults and pediatrics patients ³6 months of age due to Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus.

Otitis Media
Highly effective against Gram positive and negative pathogens in:
 
Acute otitis media with tympanostomy tubes (AOM TT) in pediatric patients ³1 year of age due to Haemophilus influenzae, Moraxella catarrhalis, P. aeruginosa, S. aureus, and Streptococcus pneumoniae.
 
Chronic suppurative otitis media (CSOM) in patients ³12 years of age with a perforated tympanic membrane due to Proteus mirabilis, P. aeruginosa and S. aureus.
